Set up your Elite Media service on supported Samsung, LG and Android TVs using a compatible media player.

Smart IPTV / SIPTV

If Smart IPTV is available for your television, it can load a playlist using your TV’s device identifier and the player’s playlist management page.

ANDROID / GOOGLE TV

Android TV Players

Android and Google TV users can search the Google Play Store for Smarters Pro or another compatible player.

Open Apps

Turn on your Samsung Smart TV, press the Home button, and open Apps.

Search for SMARTERS PRO

Use the search option and enter SMARTERS PRO.

⚠️ Verify the Correct App

Before installing, check that the app is the official Smarters Pro player.

The official Smarters Pro website currently identifies the Samsung app developer as TECH SMARTERS PRIVATE LIMITED.

Install & Open

Select Install, wait for installation to finish, and then select Open.

Choose the Login Option

Select the option that allows you to log in with your service username, password and server/portal URL.

Enter Your Elite Media Login

Enter the username and password provided with your service, plus the correct portal URL from the table below.

Add User / Login

Save the account and allow the player to load your available content.

Playback Tip

If your version of the app includes Player Settings or a Hardware Decoder option, you can test that setting if you experience playback problems. Menu names may differ by version.

🔐 What Information Do I Enter?

Any Name / Playlist Name: Enter the name of your Elite Media service.

Username: Enter the username provided to you.

Password: Enter the password provided to you.

Server / Portal URL: Use the correct address for your service from the table below.

Enter the login exactly as provided. Avoid extra spaces before or after your username, password or portal address.

ALTERNATIVE METHOD

📡 Smart IPTV / SIPTV Setup

Use this method only if Smart IPTV / SIPTV is available for your television.

Install Smart IPTV

Search your TV’s app store for Smart IPTV or SIPTV.

Open the App

Open the player and make note of the MAC address / Device ID shown on screen.

Open the Playlist Management Page

Using a phone, tablet or computer, follow the playlist-management address displayed by the Smart IPTV app on your television.

Enter Your Device Information

Enter the MAC address or Device ID exactly as it appears on your TV.

Add Your Playlist

Add the playlist URL provided for your service. If you were not provided an M3U playlist address, contact Elite Media Support before continuing.

Restart Smart IPTV

Close and reopen the Smart IPTV app so it can reload the playlist.

Activation / Pricing: Smart IPTV app pricing and activation terms can change. Follow the current instructions shown by the app or its official website rather than relying on an older activation price.

LG SMART TV

The official Smarters Pro website currently lists its LG version as Coming Soon. Availability can change by region and TV model.

Open the LG Content Store

Search for Smarters Pro first.

If Smarters Pro Is Not Available

Search for another compatible IPTV/media player that supports your service login format.

Enter Your Elite Media Details

Use the username, password and portal URL provided with your service.

🛠️ Login or Playback Not Working?

Check these items first:

✔ Make sure your TV is connected to the internet.
✔ Confirm your username and password are entered exactly as provided.
✔ Make sure you selected the portal URL for the correct Elite Media service.
✔ Remove any extra spaces before or after your login details.
✔ If your service has more than one portal URL, try an alternate URL.
✔ Restart both the TV and the media player app.
✔ Check your TV’s app store for any available player updates.

If the problem continues, contact Elite Media Support and include your TV brand, TV model, player name, service name and the exact error message shown on screen.

✅ Setup Complete!

Once your account finishes loading, select Live TV, Movies or TV Shows and enjoy your service.
