Step 1 — Have Your Login Information Ready
Before installing a player, make sure you have the username and password provided by Elite Media.
Check Your Elite Media Client Area
Your service login information can be found in your Elite Media Client Area.
Check Your Email
Your login information is also sent to the email address used when placing your order.
Check your Inbox, Spam, Junk and Promotions folders.
⚠️ Do Not Create Your Own Login
Your username and password are case-sensitive. Enter them exactly as Elite Media provided them. Do not make up a new username or password inside your player app.
Step 2 — Install Elite Media Hub
First, install the Downloader by AFTVnews app. You will use Downloader to enter the Elite Media Hub code and install the Hub on your device.
Look for the orange Downloader app by AFTVnews.com.
How to Download the Downloader App
From your device’s Home screen, open the Amazon Appstore or Google Play Store.
Select the search icon and type Downloader.
Choose the orange Downloader app published by AFTVnews.com.
Select Get, Download, or Install. When it finishes, open the app and allow any requested permissions.
Open Downloader
Open the Downloader by AFTVnews app on your Fire TV, Android TV, or Google TV device.
Enter Code 8729779
Select the URL or code box, enter 8729779, and select Go to begin the download.
Install & Open the Hub
When the download finishes, select Install. After installation is complete, select Open to launch Elite Media Hub.

You normally do not need every player. Start with one compatible player. If you don’t like it, you can try another.
✅ Works With All Services
If the app description says it works with all Elite Media services, you can use it with the service you purchased.
⚠️ Service Exception Listed
If the app description says it is not compatible with a certain service, do not use that player with that service.

🔒 Free VPN Available Through Elite Media Hub
If a free VPN option is available for your service and device:
1. Open Elite Media Hub
2. Locate the VPN section
3. Follow the instructions shown inside the Hub
4. Connect before opening your player if VPN use is needed
If you cannot find the VPN option, contact Elite Media Support.
🛠️ Something Not Working?
Use the Troubleshooting Center if:
✔ An APK downloads but will not install
✔ The download finishes but nothing happens
✔ Downloader says “Unknown Sources” but no app is listed
✔ Elite Media Hub is blank or showing an error
✔ You need a direct Downloader code for a player
✔ You need Total Commander instructions

You do not need to install every app or change every setting.
