Before You Start: Have your Elite Media service name, username and password ready. You will also need the correct portal/server URL from the table below.

Avoid saving your Elite Media username or password on a public, shared, hotel, school or workplace computer. Always sign out when finished.

Step 1 — Choose a Web Player

You only need one player. If one does not work well with your browser, try the other option.

Supports all our services, Just enter username and password provided via email we have sent.

Good choice for: computers, phones, tablets and other modern browsers.

Browser player supporting Xtream API login with a profile name, portal URL, username and password.

Good choice for: Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox and other supported browsers.

Step 2 — Find Your Elite Media Service

Use the portal/server address for the service you purchased. If more than one address is listed, start with the first one.

Enter Your Username & Password

Use the Elite Media login information provided with your service.

Open Purple WebTV

Open the Purple WebTV Player using the button above.

Select Xtream Codes Login

Choose Login With Xtream Codes API.

Playlist Name

Enter the name of your Elite Media service..

Enter Your Username & Password

Enter the login information provided with your Elite Media service.

Enter Your Portal URL

Use the correct portal/server address from the table above.

Click Submit

Open Blink WebTV

Open the Blink WebTV Player using the button above.

Select Xtream Codes Login

Choose Login With Xtream Codes API.

Select Add New User

Start a new login/profile.

Enter Your Profile Name

Enter the name of your Elite Media service.

Enter Your Portal URL

Use the correct portal/server address from the table above.

Enter Your Username & Password

Enter the login information provided with your Elite Media service.

Select Add User

Select ADD USER and wait for your content to load.

🔐 Login Information Example

Playlist / Profile Name: Your Elite Media service name

Portal / Server URL: Choose the correct URL from the table above

Username: Your Elite Media username

Password: Your Elite Media password

Enter everything exactly as provided. Portal addresses should not contain extra spaces before or after the URL.

🛠️ Web Player Not Working?

Try these steps:

✔ Double-check your username and password.
✔ Make sure you selected the portal for the correct service.
✔ If your service has more than one portal URL, try another listed URL.
✔ Refresh the web player and log in again.
✔ Try another modern browser such as Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox.
✔ Disable browser extensions or content blockers temporarily if they interfere with playback.
✔ Clear the web player’s site data/cache if it previously worked but suddenly stopped.
✔ Try the second web player if the first one does not work correctly on your device.

If the problem continues, contact Elite Media Support and include your device, browser, Elite Media service and the exact error message you see.
