Use this page only when your player asks for a Portal URL, Server URL, M3U URL, EPG URL or STB/MAG Portal.

Most customers do not need this page.
If your player already has your Elite Media service set up and working, you do not need to change anything.
Your portal depends on the Elite Media service you purchased.
Do not mix portal addresses between services. Find your service below and use only the information listed for that service.

🔑 What Does XXX Mean?

In an M3U URL, XXX is a placeholder. Replace the first XXX with your Elite Media username and the second XXX with your password.

Example format only:
username=YOUR_USERNAME&password=YOUR_PASSWORD

🔒 Keep Your Login Private

Do not post or share a completed M3U URL containing your username and password. Anyone with the full URL may be able to see your login details.

🛠️ Portal Not Working?

Check these items first:

✔ Make sure you are using the portal for the correct Elite Media service.
✔ Enter the URL exactly as shown, including http://, https:// and any port number.
✔ Remove any extra spaces before or after the URL.
✔ If your service has a secondary portal, try that address.
✔ Double-check your Elite Media username and password.
✔ If using an M3U or EPG template, replace each XXX with the correct login information.

If it still does not work, contact Elite Media Support and tell us your service name, player/app name, device and exact error message.

Most apps only need the regular Portal / Server URL. Use the M3U, EPG or STB information only when your player specifically asks for it.
