💻 Smarters Pro Setup Guide
Install Smarters Pro on your Windows PC, Mac, iPhone or iPad, then enter the Elite Media login information provided with your service.
Choose Your Device
Desktop Computer
Download Smarters Pro from the official Smarters Pro website, install it, and then sign in with your Elite Media credentials.
Apple Mobile Device
Download Smarters Pro from the Apple App Store, then add your Elite Media service.
🪟 Windows PC Setup
Open the Official Smarters Pro Website
Visit smarterspro.com and locate the Windows download.
Download the Windows Installer
Download the Windows setup file to your computer.
⚠️ Windows Security Message
Windows may display a security warning when you open an installer downloaded from the internet.
Only continue if you downloaded the installer from the official Smarters Pro website.
If Windows shows Windows protected your PC, you may need to select More info and then Run anyway to continue.
Install Smarters Pro
Follow the installation prompts until setup is complete.
Open Smarters Pro
Launch the app after installation.
Choose Xtream Codes / Login With Xtream Codes API
Select the login option that asks for a name, username, password and server/portal URL.
Enter Your Elite Media Login
Use the account information provided with your Elite Media service. The portal URLs are listed below.
Select Add User
Save the account and allow Smarters Pro to load your available content.
🍎 Mac Setup
Visit the Smarters Pro Website
Open smarterspro.com and choose the macOS download.
Download & Install
Open the downloaded macOS installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
Open Smarters Pro
Launch the application after installation.
Add Your Elite Media Service
Choose the Xtream Codes login option and enter your name, username, password and the correct portal URL below.
📱 iPhone & iPad Setup
Open the Apple App Store
Search for Smarters Pro.
Install the App
Download and open Smarters Pro.
Add Your Playlist / User
Choose the Xtream Codes login option.
Enter Your Elite Media Details
Enter the service name, username, password and the correct server/portal URL from the table below.
Add User
Save your account and wait for the available sections to load.
🔐 What Information Do I Enter?
Username: Enter the username provided to you.
Password: Enter the password provided to you.
Server URL / Portal URL: Use the correct address for your service from the table below.
Enter your login exactly as provided. Avoid adding extra spaces before or after your username, password or portal address.

🔒 Parental Control PIN
If Smarters Pro asks you to create a parental control PIN, choose a PIN you will remember.
This PIN may be required to open restricted or adult categories, depending on the settings and content available with your service.
🛠️ Login Not Working?
Check the following:
✔ Your username is entered exactly as provided.
✔ Your password is entered exactly as provided.
✔ You selected the portal URL for the correct service.
✔ There are no extra spaces in your login information.
✔ If your service has more than one portal URL, try the alternate address.
If you still cannot connect, contact Elite Media Support and include the device you are using, the service name, and the error message shown.
✅ Setup Complete!
Once your account loads, choose Live TV, Movies or TV Shows and enjoy your service.
